Hualing Intelligent C-400E-2D dual-channel high-speed precision engraving machining center is a fixed-beam type gantry precision engraving machine. One CNC system controls two machine tools to participate in the processing. The main body of the machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, and after aging treatment, the beam adopts M-type three-point support, which is rigid enough to not easily deform; good cutting performance and stable processing; with dual servo tool magazines, it can meet the integrated processing of multi-process parts; a set of CNC The system drives two sets of independent processing units, which is 1.7-2 times more productive per unit time than a single machine.
